Round Two of Chemo

Dr Sipahi office

  • Gina and I visited Dr Sipahi today

  • Dr Sipahi increased Chemo because he said her kidney functions are better.

  • The blood test results were good - just need to increase iron and calcium intake.

  • Gina had all three chemos - Taxotere, Carboplatem and Herceptin - and is doing fine.

  • The new port seems to be working great and it made things a lot easier for her.

  • Lots of Rest and back tomorrow for shot

Deanna,

I too love the new page layout, Bob is very creative. I'm feeling great so far. It takes a few days for the "yucky" feeling to come out. Going back to Dr. Sipahi's office today to get the shot. Hope your staying warm! :~)

Love & blessings to you!

Gina,

Stay strong my friend! Get all the rest you need and when you are feeling up to that dancin'- call me!

We love you and pray for God's hand to be on you. For healing, for strength, for peace. I pray you feel His love surround you;

"Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul." One of my favorite verses that David wrote in Psalm 143:8.

You are my inspiration always.

Love you girl!

I am in training for the rest of February so I miss seeing your smiling face in the morning at crossing. Let me know if you want to just go have lunch or something on the weekend to get out for awhile.

Hi Deanna & Eddie,

We actually have a lot to post, Bob has been busy so he will try to work on an update this weekend :) This week I went to see Dr. Schwartz, everything seems to be doing great - I will have another brain MRI in March to see how things are going there..

I also had a bone scan, the great news was received yesterday when one of my wonderful nurses informed me that there is no new bone cancer, and the bone cancer in my leg shows good improvement.

I am truly blessed!!

Have a wonderful Leap day everyone!
